Returns are accepted within fourteen business days.  You are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide us with tracking details.  Your package must be postmarked before the fourteen business days expire in order to receive a full refund.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging. Custom items are non-refundable.

In addition, you must obtain a return authorization number from customer service for all returns. 

*Adjustable items cannot be returned once worn.


Step 1: Use the form below, in Step 1 to request a return authorization number. Once you have received a return authorization number from the customer service department please take your item to the shipping carrier of your choice.  For a full refund you are required to add tracking to your package.  While at the shipping carrier, please take note of your tracking number, the carrier name and the date you shipped the package. Next, fill out the Return Product Form in Step 2.

Once your item is received, the postmark date will be reviewed and your item will be inspected for damage.  If the item returned is damage free and postmarked within the allotted time, a full refund will be issued.

If the item is without the original packaging materials, you will receive a refund minus a 30% restocking fee.

If you are returning your item because of damage, you may be asked to provide a photo of damages.
